The data controller is Fortune Venture S.r.l., Italian VAT number 02507630974, registered and operating in Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), Italy. Ciao Media is the brand under which Fortune Venture S.r.l. operates in creator marketing.

We collect personal data in one case only: when you fill in the proposal request form. These are the exact fields:

• —Full name
• —Email address
• —Company
• —Phone number (optional)
• —The product category, campaign objective, target market and budget range you select
• —The free-text message you write, if you write one

We collect data in no other way: there are no user accounts, no logged-in area, we never ask for payment details and we do not buy contact lists.

We use the form data for one purpose: to read your request, reply to you and prepare the proposal you asked for.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): you write to us to get a proposal, and to prepare it we have to process what you sent.

We do not use this data to send you unsolicited marketing, we do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you.

When you submit the form, the data is emailed to our inbox. The site stores it in no database: there is no archive of requests on our server, only the messages in our mailbox.

Only the people at Ciao Media who handle business enquiries have access to those messages.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone. The only third parties involved are the technical providers that make the service work:

• —Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — provides the mailbox (Gmail) where form messages arrive and remain.
• —DigitalOcean LLC — provides the server hosting this site, in a data centre inside the European Union.
• —Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — serves the site’s typefaces via Google Fonts: to download them your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

This site sets no profiling cookies, uses no traffic analytics and carries no third-party tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no TikTok pixel, no Meta pixel or anything similar — which is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The site writes no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.

The only request to an external server is the one for typefaces (Google Fonts) described above, needed to display the site as designed.

Google services may involve transferring data to the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which are the safeguard the GDPR requires for such transfers.

We keep the messages received through the form for as long as it takes to handle your request and, if that request turns into a collaboration, for the duration of the relationship and for the retention periods that accounting and tax law require.

If the request leads nowhere, we delete the message once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to ciaomedia01@gmail.com.

At any time you have the right to:

• —know what data of yours we hold and get a copy of it (access);
• —correct it if it is wrong or incomplete (rectification);
• —ask for its deletion (erasure);
• —ask us to restrict how we process it;
• —object to the processing;
• —receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability).

To exercise these rights write to ciaomedia01@gmail.com: we will reply within one month. If you believe our processing breaches the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
