Frequently asked questions
How much does video production with Ciao Media cost?
We don't publish a price list: every quote is built around the project, because the number of videos, the shooting sessions and the writing involved vary widely from brand to brand. The monthly budget bands in the request form start at €2,500. Every quote includes GDPR compliance, VAT invoicing and a dedicated contact.
How many videos does Ciao Media produce in a month?
The Promotional Videos package averages 5-6 videos a week, around 26 a month. The Storyline Videos package has no fixed count: length and shooting sessions follow the storyline agreed with the brand.
What is the difference between the two video packages?
Storyline Videos start from a script written around the brand, the product and the strategy, and cover concept, shooting and editing. Promotional Videos are a steady stream of content on products, retail space, surroundings and events, shot without voiceover: they tell the story in images.
Are the videos only for TikTok?
No. Both packages are delivered in formats suited to TikTok, Instagram Reels and similar platforms. Subtitles, music and basic colour grading are included in every delivery.
What happens if the videos don't convince you?
In the Storyline Videos package reasonable revisions are included in the project: if the result doesn't work, we rework it. Shooting can be split across several sessions, so corrections land while the project is still running.
